Linde Hydraulics GmbH & Co. KG appoints a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). At the end of the year, Liu Bin will take over the position as Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Liu started his career 18 years ago at WEICHAI Power, the parent company of Linde Hydraulics. He has been with Linde Hydraulics since the acquisition in 2012. After initially working at the main plant in Nilkheim for three years, he headed the Chinese joint venture of Linde Hydraulics in Weifang as Managing Director in the following years.
His extensive experience at international level is an important basis for the current challenging situation on the market. The aim is to strengthen the company’s position on the world market and further establish itself as a global player. The shareholder WEICHAI Power has reaffirmed its commitment to Linde Hydraulics.
The focus is still on the customer, who in future can be offered not only hydraulic systems, but also holistic system solutions. Liu’s excellent network within the WEICHAI Group will be of great benefit to this goal and to Linde Hydraulics in particular.
Michael Kessler will continue as Chief Operations Officer (COO) of the company and will form the management board together with Liu Bin. The current CEO, Dr. Matthias Schreiber, is leaving the company at the end of the year at his own request.
