(3) When you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide (your e-mail address, if applicable your name and phone number) will be stored by us to allow us to answer your questions. We will delete the data generated in this connection once it is no longer necessary to store them or, if we are subject to legal retention obligations, restrict the processing thereof.

(4) In some cases, we will use external service providers to process your data. These have been carefully selected and commissioned by us, are bound by our instructions and are regularly monitored. If we use external service providers, you will find information to that effect in this Privacy Policy. If these external service providers are based in a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we will also inform you about this in this Privacy Policy.

Section 3 Collection of personal data when visiting our website, use of cookies

(1) If you use our website merely for information purposes, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we will only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we will collect the following data, which are technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (the legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(1) (f) GDPR):

(2) For the hosting of this website, we use RAIDBOXES GmbH (Friedrich-Ebert-Strasse 7, 48153 Münster, Germany). RAIDBOXES GmbH offers Software as a Service (SaaS) in the context of cloud hosting.

(3) The IP address is stored in unabridged form as soon as the website is accessed. This storage is required for the later identification of any misuse of the website (the legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).

(4) This website also uses cookies.

Cookies are small text files which are stored on your hard drive and associated with the browser you are using and via which certain information is transmitted to the party which places the cookie. Cookies cannot execute programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They are used to make the Internet site more user-friendly and effective.

Section 5 Objection or revocation of consent to the processing of your data

This will be the case if the processing is, in particular, not necessary for the performance of a contract with you, which is in each case presented by us in the following description of the functions. If you choose to object, we will ask you to set out the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we normally do. Should your objection be justified, we will review the situation and either discontinue or adapt the data processing or inform you of the compelling legitimate grounds on the basis of which we will continue to process your data.

(1) In addition to the purely informative use of our website, we offer you the opportunity – in all cases, subject to prior consent – to contact us via a contact form provided on this website. In the event that you wish to send us a contact form, you will find the relevant information in the following in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR in the context of the collection of your personal data.

Personal data are all data that can be personally related to you, e.g. your name, address, e-mail address, etc.
With regard to the recipients of your personal data: if you submit the contact form provided on this website, please note that the recipient or recipients of the contact form will depend on which language version you have chosen when sending the contact form. (4) To send the contact form to us, you must provide personal data such as your name, your e-mail address and a subject. You must also fill in the message field. No further information is required, although you can choose to provide it. By providing your e-mail address, specifying a subject and entering it in the message field, you will give us the opportunity to respond specifically to your request and then to contact you (the legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(1)(a) GDPR). By providing your name , you will give us the opportunity to address you in a personalised manner (the legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(1)(a) GDPR).

(5) We will store the personal data that you provide to us using the contact form for as long as is necessary to respond to your request. Once your request has been responded to, we will delete the data.

Section 7 Integration of Google Tag Manager/ Google Analytics and Universal Analytics

(1) This website uses Google Tag Manager including Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Tag Manager uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In the event that IP anonymisation is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.

(2) The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Tag Manager will not be merged with other Google data.

(4) This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". This means that IP addresses are processed in abbreviated form, thus excluding the possibility of personal references. If the data collected about you is related to a person, this is immediately excluded and the personal data is deleted immediately.

(5) We use Google Analytics to analyse and regularly improve the use of our website. The statistics obtained enable us to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework . The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f GDPR.

(7) This website also uses Google Analytics for a cross-device analysis of visitor flows, which is carried out via a user ID. You can deactivate the cross-device analysis of your usage in your customer account under "My data", "Personal data".

(8) With the deactivation of the use of the cross-device analysis according to the above, access is also terminated for B2 Communications GmbH / Werbeagentur. The same applies to Sunlab GmbH.

Section 9 Integration of YouTube videos

(1) We have integrated YouTube videos into our site which are stored on http://www.YouTube.com and are playable directly from our website. These are all integrated in ‘advanced privacy mode’, which means that no personal data about you as a user of YouTube will be transmitted if you do not play the videos. Only when you play the videos will the data referred to in paragraph 2 be transmitted. We have no influence on this data transfer.

(2) When you visit the website, YouTube will receive the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data referred to in Section 3 (1) of this policy will be transmitted. This will happen regardless of whether YouTube provides a user account via which you are logged in or there is no user account. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly associated with your account. If you do not wish an assignment to your profile on YouTube to take place, you must log out before activating the button; YouTube stores your data as user profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or the design of its website according to its needs. This kind of evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) for the provision of demand-oriented advertising and to inform other users of the social networks about your activities on our website. Section 10 Integration of SketchFab

(1) We have integrated Sketchfab, a 3-D model platform, into our Internet site to give you the opportunity to play 3-D models of our products directly from our website via the website https://sketchfab.com .

(2) When you visit the website, Sketchfab will receive the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data referred to in Section 3 of this policy will be transmitted. This will happen regardless of whether Sketchfab provides a user account via which you are logged in or there is no user account. If you are logged in to Sketchfab, your data will be directly associated with your account. If you do not wish an assignment to your profile on Sketchfab to take place, you must log out before activating the button. Sketchfab will store your data as user profiles and use them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or the design of its website according to its needs. (7) We can use the ‘Insights’ on our Facebook page to retrieve various kinds of statistical data. The statistics are generated and provided by Facebook. We, as a fan page operator, have no influence on the generation and presentation of these data. We can neither block this function nor prevent the creation and processing of data. For a selectable period of time and for the categories of fans, subscribers, persons reached and interacting persons, the following data are provided to us by Facebook in relation to our Facebook page:
Total number of page views, post interactions, likes, video views, reach, page activity, comments, shared content, replies, share of men and women, country and city of origin, language, retrievals and clicks in the shop, clicks on route planners, clicks on phone numbers.
Please note that the availability and processing of data changes due to the constant technical development of Facebook. We would therefore refer you to the aforementioned Facebook Privacy Policy for further information.
We use the above data to make posts and activities more attractive to users of our Facebook page. For example, we use information on the age and gender of the visitors to our site so that we can address them appropriately. We use information on the preferred visiting times of users for the time-optimised planning of our posts. Information on the type of devices used by visitors helps us to adapt the posts to those devices for optimal representation. In accordance with the Facebook Terms of Service that each user has agreed to when setting up a Facebook profile, we may identify the subscribers and fans of our site and, if applicable, view their profiles and other information they share. However, we can only view the profiles and shared information of fans/subscribers if they have a public profile. If you have blocked all information, we will not see the profiles and shared information.  In such a case, only the username and the profile/cover image will be visible to us.

(8) Since we are jointly responsible with Facebook for the processing of your personal data in the context of the operation of our Facebook page, you can assert your rights in this regard both against us and against Facebook.

Please note that, if you exercise your rights, only Facebook will have full access to the user data. We therefore recommend that you assert your rights directly against Facebook.
If you no longer wish for the data to be used as described in the future, please unlink your user profile from our Facebook page by using the function ‘I no longer like this page’ and/or ‘Do not subscribe to this page any longer’.
